1.Delivery information


Delivery information is mandatory.
The delivery information contains your first and last name, correct address with house number, e-mail address, post code and telephone number.
If the address or contact information are incorrect, you will not receive the items, so you will be responsible for the losses.

2. Shipping options and costs


Shipping your purchases on time is very important to us. To ensure you receive your purchases as soon as possible, most items will be shipped by couriers chosen by us with the fastest shipping times. We are happy to offer international deliveries to most places in the world.

3. Processing time for your order


All items are dispatched within 1-3 business days for order placement and payment verification.
Upon shipment, you will receive confirmation of dispatch by email with the courier and order tracking information.
Note: All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are not responsible for unexpected delays, such as holidays, catastrophic events, or incorrect addresses. We recommend someone available to accept the package.
If you are unable to sign for home delivery, we recommend that you send the package to your workplace.

4. Shipping times


Shipping times vary depending on where you are and if the product you order is available. Normally, you will receive the items in 3-12 business days after the processing order is completed. Please pay attention to your email and account frequently. If you do not receive your order within 15 days, please contact your local post office immediately.

Nevertheless, we are committed to promptly communicating any delays to customers and exploring alternative solutions to mitigate any inconvenience. We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays. If there is any delay, we will do our best to make sure all deliveries arrive on time.
